General Information
Local tax
The local tax is €2.30 per person per day for guests aged 14 and older and is charged in addition to the room rate. It must be paid directly on site.
Children's discount
Families are also well taken care of. Children receive a discounted breakfast rate of €8.00 per day, while the breakfast supplement for adults is €10.00 per person per day.
Pets
Your four-legged companion is more than welcome here. We charge an additional fee of €10.00 per day for pets.
Included services
To make your stay as pleasant as possible, numerous amenities are already included in the price. These include Wi-Fi, parking, underfloor heating in all apartments, and final cleaning of the vacation rentals. This is complemented by comfortable furnishings and practical extras that ensure a relaxing vacation.
A special highlight is our sunbathing area in the woods, which is accessible by car—an idyllic retreat surrounded by nature. Check-in is available starting at 4:00 p.m., and check-out is by 10:30 a.m.

With the South Tyrol Guest Pass, you’ll enjoy special perks during your stay and have even more opportunities to explore South Tyrol at your own pace. This will make your vacation at Gampen even more varied and comfortable.
Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to take your vacation, please notify us in a timely manner. Cancellations made up to one month before arrival are free of charge. The following conditions apply to cancellations made at shorter notice: Starting 30 days before the arrival date, the deposit is non-refundable; for cancellations made within 10 days of arrival, 80% of the total cost will be charged. In the event of a late arrival or early departure, 100% of the total cost of the booked stay will be charged.
